Delicious Vegetable Smoothies For Kids Who Hate Veggies

Blend in 3/4 cup of carrot juice, 3/4 cup of orange juice, and 3/4 cup of vanilla yogurt. Add 6 ice cubes gradually and blend thoroughly until smooth. Serve right away.

PUMPKIN POWER DRINK
Blend in 15 ounces of pumpkin (chilled), 12 ounces of evaporated milk, 1 cup of vanilla yogurt, 1 tablespoon of organic honey and 2 tablespoons of cinnamon. Blend well. You can top it with some whipped cream and more cinnamon.

GARDEN SMOOTHIE
Blend in 1 cherry tomato, 1 celery stalk (chopped), 1 small cucumber (peeled), 3 spinach leaves, 1 cup of plain yogurt, 6 ice cubes, and salt and pepper to taste.

TOMANGO COMBO
Blend 1 large tomato (peeled and deseeded), 1 cup ripe mango (diced), 1/2 cup plain yogurt, 1/2 cup milk (any milk or milk substitute of your choice) and one tablespoon organic honey.

TANGY BROCCOLI
Blend in 4 florets of broccoli (fresh or frozen), 1/2 cucumber (chopped), 1/2 cup of tomato juice,1 teaspoon of Worcestershire sauce, 6 ice cubes and 2 drops of Tabasco sauce. Blend thoroughly until smooth.

POPEYE'S POWERCHARGER
Blend 1 cup of apple juice and 2 cups of spinach (chopped). Then add 1 medium sized banana (chopped) and 1 cup of carrots (chopped). Blend it again. Then add 4 ice cubes and more apple juice to taste. Blend thoroughly until smooth.
